Eye Designs Optical is owned and operated by Ranee King of Sevierville, TN, a licensed dispensing optician since 1982. Eye Designs Optical, opened in 2002, serves clients from Jefferson, Sevier, and other surrounding counties.

Ranee served for several years on the Tennessee Dispensing Opticians Association Board of Directors, including two years as treasurer. As a member of Sevier Chapter American Business Women's Association, she served 2 years as President, Secretary, and has chaired many committees. Ranee is a member of the Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee and serves as Secretary for the Sevierville Sunrise Rotary club.

Ranee volunteers with Remote Area Medical, serving medical and eye care needs of the uninsured and has volunteered with Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic. She is currently Chair of the Advisory Board for the Opticianry Program at Roane State Community College in Harriman, TN and a member of The Optical Retail Business Alliance.

Eye Designs Optical participates in most vision plans – including, but not limited to, BlueCross BlueShield, Humana, Spectera (United Healthcare), EyeMed, Davis Vision and most TennCare plans for children. We are happy to file your claims for you.
