Q: Do you provide exams?

A: No, please see your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist for an annual eye exam. The doctor will give you a written prescription for eyewear and/or contact lenses. If you don’t have the written RX, you can call your doctor and have them fax it to us at 865-453-4987. Or you can download and print our “Records Release Form”, fill it out, fax to us and we will get your RX from your doctor.

Q: Do I need an appointment to come in?

A: No. You can come in anytime. If you are using a vision plan, we can save you time by calling or emailing us ahead with the name of your plan so we may obtain prior authorization and/or description of benefits.

Q: How long will it take to get my glasses?

A: It really depends on what you order. We have an in-store lab for same day service in most cases, or 2-3 day service for some. Lenses with special coatings or materials may take longer.

Q: How much do your glasses cost?

A: We have a wide selection of frames and lenses in many price categories – from Value Frame & Lens packages to designer frames and the newest in lens technology with all the bells and whistles.

Q: May I pay by credit card?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and checks.
